Safety Hoist Company: Return & Refund Policy

At Safety Hoist Company, we stand behind the quality of our American-made products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies strictly to products purchased directly from Safety Hoist Company. For items purchased through an authorized reseller or distributor, please contact that entity directly for their specific return profile.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it in, and in its original packaging.

2. Pre-Authorization Required

No returns will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • To request an RMA, please contact our customer service team at 610.941.4333.
  • Any items sent to our facility without a clearly marked RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense or kept with no refund offered.

3. Shipping Responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Safety Hoist Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Restocking Fees & Refusal Rights

Safety Hoist Company reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any return that does not meet the criteria above or shows signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Retain a restocking fee up to 25% to cover the costs of inspection, testing, and repackaging. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
