Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to return policy details below.

Notice: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review products at time of delivery for damage, and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to document the Bill of Lading thoroughly as β€œdamaged” if damage is present at time of delivery. Instances of freight or shipping damage are not eligible for return. However, verified and documented instances of freight damage are eligible for replacement at Safety Hoist’s sole discretion. Please Call 610-941-4333 for further assistance. All gas and electric (including solar panel) hoists have a manufacturer’s warranty, please see owner’s manual for warranty information.

RETURNS

The following products are not subject to this Return Policy and are unable to be returned under any circumstances.

  • Electric Hoists
  • Gas Hoists
  • Solar Panel Hoists
  • SteepSlope Scaffold
  • Brake Rack
  • Track Sections
  • Accessory items such as Solar Bracket, Utility Trays, Track Support, Unloading Ramps, and deck extenders
  • Any Item purchased under a sale, promotion, or discount

For products eligible to be returned, all returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached. All items will be reviewed for signs of use, or damage, and acceptance of returned items is at the sole discretion of Safety Hoist Company.Β  Β 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email customer service at info@safetyhoistcompany.com or call 610-941-4333. DO NOT PROCEED until a Safety Hoist representative has provided you confirmation and further instructions. Place the item securely in its original packaging, including proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

The purchaser is solely responsible for all return shipping charges and responsible for any freight damage on the return shipment. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Damaged, used, or unsellable items are not eligible for refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Refunds are issued based upon the invoiced product cost only, shipping is not included. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Please Note:

  • A restocking fee equal to 20% of the product’s purchase price will be charged for all eligible returns.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
