How It Works:

• First, a $550 credit card deposit is received.
  
  

• Next, a reconditioned motor, power cord, remote, and limit switch will be shipped to you.
  
  

• Once you have received the reconditioned items, place the broken motor, power cord, remote, and limit switch in the box and return it to us, using the return label provided.
  
  

• Important Deadline: The defective motor must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks of receiving the reconditioned motor. If it is not, you will lose your deposit and be charged a $550 unreturned motor fee.
  
  

Warranty vs. Non-Warranty Evaluation:

Once we receive your defective motor, our technicians will inspect it to determine the cause of the failure.

• Warranty Issues: If it is determined that the issue is covered under warranty, we will refund your initial deposit of $550, and you will keep the reconditioned motor.
  
  

• Non-Warranty/Misuse Issues: If it is determined that the issue is due to misuse or is a non-warranty issue, you will be charged the following:
  
  

• Inspection Fee of $135.00 (includes first hour of labor).
  
  

• Labor $80 per hour after the first initial hour.
  
  

• Replacement Part Cost and Shipping Charges.
  
  

Billing for Non-Warranty Repairs:

• These repair charges will be deducted from your initial $550 deposit.
  
  

• If the incurred cost is less than the $550 deposit, your card will be refunded the difference.
  
  

• If the incurred cost of repair is more than the deposit, your card will be charged the difference.
  
  

• Scrap Policy: If the motor is unrepairable and deemed to be scrap due to damage, you will lose your deposit and be charged $450 (scrap fee) as well as shipping.
  
  

In any scenario, the refurbished motor is yours to keep and to use.
